Chup Taylor, Underberg

The Burnlea garden is a peaceful, restful space with large areas of lawn and big shady trees with plentiful birdlife. The herbaceous borders are packed full of plant material suitable for flower arranging. Beautiful views of the farm and beyond are framed by the garden, which also has an organic veggie garden and a large potting area.

Directions: Take the N3 Highway towards Johannesburg, and take exit No 99 (Howick South/Underberg). On the R617, travel through Boston and Bulwer. 23km after Bulwer there is an intersection that reads: Coleford 28 – Pevensey 6. Turn left to Coleford, travel on the P320 tar road for 17km. Where the tar ends, cross a small bridge and then turn left onto Burnlea Farm.
