About Us
Alma Nursery was established in 1988 and has expanded during the past 25 years to become the largest garden centre in the Goldfields. Founded by Tjaart van der Walt, the family run business now includes his sons, Tjaart Jnr and Hendrik.
Alma Nursery offers you, the customer, a wide variety of products, quality plants and professional services. The team keeps abreast with the ever-changing market trends and garden ideas. Speciality stores like GIG Interiors, B beautiful salon and a modern pet store contributes to making Alma your "one-stop" garden centre.
For a fun-filled outing, Alma Nursery is able to provide you and your family with meals or light refreshments at their restaurant, Groenhuijs. Conferences and functions can also be catered for in the ever-popular conference centre the ideal place to host that special event.
