Grovida was established in 1980 by Vincent Lourenco Senior and now almost four decades later Grovida has become a household name in and around Durban for the distributing of top quality products to both the home gardener and the horticultural and agricultural markets. Vincent Senior has retired and the business is now run by his son Vince and his wife Jenny.

Grovida today has become a reputable family business along with its own branded range of garden care products. At present their branded range comprises of garden insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, organics, fertilisers and bird seed. To compliment the range Grovida also imports a number of products the likes of sprayers, coir, peat, sprinklers and garden tools.

The Head Office is situated in Marseilles Crescent and our retail store can be found at 590 Riverside Road next to the Bird Park. Our store offers a shopping experience of almost 1000 square meters of floor space with a complete range of allied gardening products, pet products and gifts. The nursery is attached with a magnificent background setting of a cliff that compliments the range of plants. Along with a kiddies playground and the Koala Coffee Shop that offers scrumptious fresh cakes daily.
