DESCRIPTION: A fast growing annual that flowers profusely in spring and summer. The flowers come in a range of colours from dark blue to burgundy to pinks and yellows. Some of the flowers have a lovely perfume that fills the garden. The leaves are narrow, lancet shaped and is a beautiful dark green.
GROWTH HABIT: It has an upright growth habit. Nemesia nesia reaches dimensions of about 25 x 25cm. The flowers are borne on spikes above the plant and produces masses of colour.
GARDEN USES: Perfect for the garden borders or containers. Planted in masses this little plant will create a stunning sight and the lovely smell it will give off is just divine. The flowers will also attract bees and butterflies.
REQUIREMENTS: The Nemesia grows in full sun. It is also fairly water wise. It will be killed off by frost in the winter but can be re – planted again next season.
