How to grow herbs indoors
Pick a spot in your house which receives around 6 hours of sunlight a day, and which has good air circulation
Use well-drained soil
Ensure that your pots have drainage holes
Allow soil to dry out slightly between waterings.
Keep your herbs looking lush by feeding with a liquid fertiliser every four weeks.
Top tip: Rosemary is a natural air freshener – perfect for growing indoors
Top tip: Parsley grows well indoors – cut the outer leaves when harvesting
