This magnificent Elephant Ear will lend a lush, tropical look to any pond or water feature with their dark green up-turned leaves resembling cups, they easily hold small volumes of water or your favourite beverage… The leaves contrasts beautifully with the dark purplish-black stems which can grow up to 1,5 m tall. Grows best in full sun to part shade in moist soil or shallow water to 15 cm deep. Can also be grown under normal garden conditions provided ample irrigation is provided. Elephant Ears relish fertiliser and will reward you gloriously for feeding them regularly. Like most elephant Ears, Tea Cups is frost sensitive, but will resprout from their tubers in all but the coldest areas
